The Police Investigating Corruption Crimes executed an arrest warrant against Luis Rafael N, who is accused of being the alleged perpetrator of the crime of non-compliance, improper exercise and abandonment of public service.
The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office of Durango indicated that Luis Rafael N held the position of administrative assistant in the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Durango, working in the Juvenile Offenders Unit.
Personnel from the legal area of the Attorney General’s Office filed the complaint, since the detainee allegedly unjustifiably abandoned his responsibilities, which directly affected the operation of the area to which he was assigned, in addition to the fact that he improperly collected his salary without fulfilling his work schedule.
