HOSTS
She reported that the “I am your Host” program is active, with personnel to address any questions or concerns, as they are the first contact with visitors.

TOURS
One of the main attractions is the tram tours, which pass by the historic buildings in the Historic Center and to learn about the history of the founding of the city.
All the tours start from the Plaza de Armas, but go to different points; one goes through the route of emblematic places in the Center, such as the Ricardo Castro Theater and the old Railway Station.
Another special route is to the former La Ferrería estate, with a single departure time at 12:00 noon and with a guided tour upon arrival at the site.
There is a seasonal legends route, with tours in the Panteón de Oriente, where the works of the Benigno Montoya Funerary Art Museum will be seen, as well as horror stories and legends.
From January to June, among the different tourism assistance programs, 12,152 people were registered and 737 tourist tours have been carried out.
