Catholic Nuns march this 8M in Durango, Mexico.
The group of missionary nuns of Jesús Hostia in Durango announced that they will march this March 8 as part of the commemoration of Women’s Day.
One of the nuns of said congregation stated for national media that “as a nun, she is still a woman and sometimes we are also exposed.”
They also recognize that the causes of the movement are genuine and that being part of the church does not stop them from being victims of different types of violence.
