Who are the “Buen Fin” biggest violators according to Profeco

El Buen Fin reached its sixth day of activities, accumulating complaints from users because some department stores do not respect prices.

Buen Fin 2020  began on November 9 and will conclude on November 20, this year it will last for 12 days, due to the coronavirus pandemic. The intention is to avoid crowds and activate the country’s economy; therefore, online or in-person sales will be made in stores, shopping centers, department stores, and others.

According to the Federal Consumer Prosecutor’s Office (Profeco), the best offers and promotions for the fifth day of the Buen Fin cannot be found at Walmart, Liverpool, and Office Depot, because they are the companies with the most customer complaints. Apparently, Walmart does not respect the prices that users make known on social networks.
