The above was announced in an interview for Cabo Mil, ensuring that there is the support of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), through the cyber police, so that the legal appeal will be filed in the next hours.

If a sanction is made and achieved for those who disseminate information to generate panic and chaos, a precedent will be set in Baja California Sur, said Mauricio Salicrup.

The Hotel Association of Los Cabos seeks to preserve the good image of the tourist destination, as long as there is no official alarm and, if it happens, businessmen say they are prepared for any contingency by Covid-19.

In this regard, the Ministry of Health in the entity called on citizens to ignore the audio message that circulated in social networks, which had false data about the presence of Coronavirus in Los Cabos.

Finally, it was warned that the dissemination of this auditory material, which indicated that a foreigner was admitted to the hospital of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) in San José del Cabo for the virus, could affect state tourism.
